Who we are
OEM Support Solutions provides independent multivendor telecom support and operates through group entities in the United Kingdom, Portugal and Brazil. For personal data submitted through this website, the group entity that handles your enquiry acts as the data controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy through any contact channel on this site.
What we collect
When you submit a coverage assessment or hardware RFQ, we collect what you enter: name, company, role, work email, region and the technical description of your request. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence. Clients using the support portal generate case records under the terms of their contract. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
We use enquiry data to evaluate and answer your request and to prepare the proposal you asked for, which are steps taken at your request before a contract (and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Where a commercial relationship follows, we process data as necessary to deliver the contracted service. We also process data where the law requires it, for example accounting and tax obligations.
Technical network information
Descriptions of your network, vendors, platforms and ticket history are treated as confidential business information regardless of whether they contain personal data. They are used only to assess and deliver support. They are shared with the engineers working on your request and, for hardware sourcing, with suppliers and repair partners only to the extent necessary to quote and fulfil, under confidentiality.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and any commercial discussion that follows. Data connected to a contracted engagement is kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Processors and international transfers
Form submissions are transmitted to our form-processing endpoint and into our internal case handling. We use established service providers for hosting, email and messaging. Because we operate from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Brazil and our engineering locations, data may be processed in those locations; transfers are made with the safeguards required by the UK and EU GDPR and, for Brazilian data subjects, the LGPD.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the UK and EU GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD), you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request through any contact channel on this site and we will respond within the statutory period. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting contracted clients are notified through the engagement.
