Proof

What you can verify before a contract.

The support model is open to inspection before scope is signed: documented intake, agreed severity, senior ownership, customer-controlled access, a complete incident record and a mapped engineering network.

The verification board

01Intake

Ask to see the intake routes — portal, email and WhatsApp — before you sign.

02Severity

P1 / P2 / P3 definitions and response targets are written into the contracted scope.

03Ownership

One senior engineer holds the case from first message to fix, workaround or escalation.

04Access

Access is granted per case, under your control. No standing access unless agreed.

05Record

Every status update, access action and RCA lands in one inspectable incident record.

06Network

Behind each case: a mapped bench of senior ex-vendor engineers, kept current by our own recruitment arm.

Evidence, before scope

Inspect the operating model, not a logo wall.

The useful proof is the material that defines how support will run — reviewable by procurement and engineering without exposing another customer’s network.

Each artefact is drawn from the assessed network — the coverage, severity, access, escalation and closure terms exactly as they would be contracted.

The incident lifecycle

From intake to RCA, one owner.

Every case follows the same contracted path — and every step is captured in the incident record you keep.

  1. 01Intake

    Open a case

Client portal, email or WhatsApp — with logs, symptoms and contact details.

  2. 02Ticket

    Ticket & ownership

Case number, problem summary and the assigned engineer's direct contact.

  3. 03Triage

    Senior triage

L2/L3 engineer reviews the evidence and sets severity with you.

  4. 04Access

    Controlled access

Customer-controlled VPN or equivalent, granted per case. Every action logged.

  5. 05Action

    Diagnosis & agreed action

One owning engineer diagnoses, agrees the plan and executes it — engineers and spares mobilised as needed.

  6. 06Resolve

    Fix, workaround & report

Resolution or documented workaround, delivered with a preliminary report.

Engineering fact sheet

What stands behind the model.

The network

A mapped network of senior telecom engineers, maintained across vendor domains by our own recruitment arm. Engineer selection is based on documented vendor-domain experience, operational relevance and fit for the contracted scope.

The portal

A client portal handles incident intake, status tracking and SLA visibility, alongside email and WhatsApp intake depending on contract. Each case is tracked with engineer ownership and incident record updates.

The paper trail

Entities and filed accounts in three countries. Supplier-assessment documentation is provided through the relevant commercial process. What we will not show is a client name: the references we protect today are the same protection you get tomorrow.
